OUR WOOD PROCESSING AND TECHNOLOGY
The process of transforming logs into wooden boards involves several key steps.
First, logs are harvested and transported to the processing facility. They are then debarked and cleaned to remove impurities.
Next, the logs are cut into boards using sawing techniques like quarter sawing or plain sawing. The cut boards undergo drying, either naturally or in kilns, to reduce moisture content and prevent warping.
After drying, the boards are planed to achieve a smooth surface and trimmed to precise dimensions. They are graded based on quality, color, and grain, and may undergo preservation treatments for durability.
Finally, the finished boards are packaged and stored in a dry environment to maintain quality before delivery.
Each step ensures the production of high-quality, durable wooden boards.
